Peer Networking & Best Practice Session This is Not Your Typical Roundtable! The Electric Utility Benchmarking Association Roundtable is designed to meet the multi-disciplinary needs of its members. The roundtable is designed to capture some of the more creative and innovative approaches being explored in the electric utility industry. You'll gain insights into the latest trends and innovations and will walk away with specific advice on tools and approaches to improve your processes. Sessions include “peer to peer exchange” of best practices, information exchange, and a true focus on solutions development. Focus The focus of this roundtable is to bring process managers, analysts, and overall benchmarking coordination staff together to learn from each other about efforts in Benchmarking and how they lead to organization change. Objective To provide an environment for the open exchange of ideas about the Benchmarking efforts and process, while developing a network of contacts and opportunities for successful Benchmarking exchanges.
