EUBA Shared Services Studies
Due to the EUBA members' overwhelming interest in the Shared Services topic we are offering TWO comprehensive studies to examine both the MEASURES/METRICS of shared services and the PROCESSES/PRACTICES of shared services.

Shared Services Measures - The study will examine measures in Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Communications, Internal Audit and other areas to be determined by participants. Current sponsor Dominion Resources, Inc. & Progress Energy.
